Venezuela

Earlier this year, many Venezuelans have taken to the streets of different parts of the country to protest against corruption, food shortages, lack of security, and repression.

Here are a few key points that have been driving our efforts:

  • Today, 72% of Venezuelans have lost 15-20 pounds since the beginning of the year.
  • Many mothers are not able to feed their kids, and many babies are dying in hospitals.
  • Hospitals lack most of the necessary medical supplies to operate, there is no anesthesia, syringes, etc.

Lastly, many have lost their hopes. Many feel that this is now their way of life.... and if we want to help anyone, its those. HOPE is the driver of all change.
